Pimento Cheese Sliders

Here's a recipe that I introduced at the Southern Women's Show. This is a 

delicious dish that is quick and easy to make. After the show, the big batch 

I made were gone in no time and I heard several very positive comments 

about them so why not give it a try!

Pimento Cheese Sliders

(1) lb ground beef
½ cup Mrs. Grissom’s Pimento Cheese Spread, plus more for topping
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
Plain potato chips (optional)
(24) slider rolls (I use Hawaiian bread) 

Mix meat with other ingredients.  Scoop out meat mixture in ¼ cup balls and flatten to make slider patties.  Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until desired doneness.  Let drain on a paper towel, then place on rolls of your choice.  Top each burger with a dollop of pimento cheese and a potato chip (for a crunch with every bite) if desired.
